YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your voucher 15 minutes before departure to the staff at the departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation.
IMPORTANT
We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TOURS AND TRANSFERS
* Cancellation until 2 days prior to start date: Free cancellation – full refund!
* Cancellation less than 2 days prior to start date and time or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION
* Cancellation until the last cancellation day stated for each room or apartment: free!
* Cancellation after the last cancellation day stated for each room or apartment or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
Cancellations always have to be done in writing via email or letter.
